Client Activity Report
The Client Activity Report details a client’s recent interactions with projects in the Warehouse. This report can be used to track:
- Where and when a client was last seen.
- A client’s recent activity.
The Client Activity Report uses the Live Universe Selection.
The report populates results upon navigation to the report. The total number of Unique Clients is displayed at the top of the report. The results are displayed as a table in the report and available for download in the Excel.
The report displays results alphabetically by client in a table view with the following:
- Client - Name of client with link to client profile. Age or Date of Birth - Client’s age or date of birth. Only users with permission “Can view full DOB” will be able to view the client’s Date of Birth.
- Last Seen- Name of the project and date for most recent services, current living situations or CE activity.
- Ongoing Enrollments - Name of the project and project type of a client’s enrollments that are open, without an end-date.
- Days Homeless in the Last 3 Years- Days in ES, SO, SH or TH with no overlapping PH after move-in date. (Note, this includes any homeless service in the warehouse, and may include days the current user cannot verify, because of data access restrictions.)
- Days Since Most-Recent Contact - Difference between most recent contact date or entry date (whichever is more recent) and Report Date.
- Most Recent Entry Date- Date of the client’s most recent entry into a project based on the universe selection. Ex. If PSH is selected as the Project Type in the universe selection, the most recent entry date will be based only on PSH enrollments.
- Most Recent Current Living Situation - Date of the client’s most recent Current Living Situation. This may be a Current Living Situation collected outside of the report universe, but will be limited to the clients included in the universe and the enrollments visible to the current user.
- Most Recent Bed Night - Date of the client’s most recent Bed Night in Emergency Shelter. This may be a Bed Night collected outside of the report universe, but will be limited to the clients included in the universe and the enrollments visible to the current user.
- Most Recent CE Assessment - Date of the client’s most recent Coordinated Entry Assessment. This may be a CE Assessment collected outside of the report universe, but will be limited to the clients included in the universe and the enrollments visible to the current user.

- Days Homeless in the Last 3 Years includes any homeless service in the warehouse, and may include days the current user cannot verify, because of data access restrictions
- Days Since Most-Recent Contact is the difference between most recent contact date or entry date (whichever is more recent) and Report Date.
- Most Recent Current Living Situation, Bed Night, and CE Assessment may be collected outside the report universe but limited to clients included in the universe and the enrollments visible to the current user.
