Description

A tool to track data quality across HMIS data used in HUD reports.

Universe

The HMIS Data Quality Tool uses the Additive Universe Selection.

Data Quality Checks for Assessments

Anniversary date is calculated from the Head of Household's entry date
Clients who are required to have annual assessments collected, are checked against the HoH anniversary date
Assessments are flagged as missing 31 days after the anniversary date
