I4 S5 Infra Planning

Things that came up at end of last sprint

• iwhd users.js needs to be added to configure
• conductor (and possibly other) initscript needs to be fixed to work right with systemd
• rpm seems to be logging sql, which it should not be, debug/fix config
• settings.yml in conductor rpm needs to be marked as a config file so rpm reinstall doesnt overwrite the contents
• aeolus-image is missing deps in Rakefile and .spec. We need to at the least add them there, possible add a gemfile (?)
• rhevm specific conf.js for iwhd is no longer needed, default should just work

Performance testing

• Setup aeolus in performance testing lab - may already be in progress
• Measure time to launch 100, 1000, 5000 instances on RHEV 3
• Measure throughput of image builds, and how concurrent running builds affects performance
• Figure out how to do performance testing on ec2 (default ec2 account on supports up to 20 instances)

Features that still need to be done

* Brew builds
* RHEL 6.2 builds
* f16 zero-day updates?
* verify status of selinux on f15/RHEL 6.1 (official fedora–16 & RHEL 6.2 policies should exist already)
* config server needs to use oauth (this should be set up via the web interface, but we should verify)
* aeolus-cli stories
* community work
* engineering expo presentation
* e2e usage and/or detailed usage screencasts
* blog about these ^ on fedora planet
