Projects included in release: Which projects will be part of the release

Summary: Short description of the main new features, fixes, rationale for the release

Target Date: When the release should be made

Actual Date: When the release is actually made

Scope: List of tickets and PRs which comprise the release. These should be tagged with the release milestone.

Actions: List of outstanding actions and owners, to be reviewed during weekly development meetings and release monitoring meetings

Notes: Any other relevant notes
