Most of these files were copied from the xil_cloud directory. The docker-compose.yml file has been updated with the specific ScenarioRunner scenario and CARMA route.
The RMW implementation was being manually changed within the container images then recommitted, but an easier alternative (as a temporary workaround) is to export the environment variable as part of the container's command.
