cmi5 Conformance Testing

AU Testing The group agreed (in principle) to the following steps for AU testing

Steps with new scenario:

1. Load AUs/Course into the TestSuite
2. Verify Course Structure
3. Simple Launch and Exit of each AU
4. Verify returnURL behavior
5. Re-set/Re-enroll
6. Follow Vendor-provided script to test all course features
   • Exercise Content based on vendor instructions (Since AU designs will vary)
7. TestSuite will inspect the LRS data to detect which features were implemented and verify their conformance
8. TestSuite will generate a report
   • Feature Detected (LRS data)
   • Feature Compliance determined by post processing LRS data and HTTP error logs
