The cost metrics show the various costs that will be accrued for the duration of the project. They are calculated from the total resources that need to be used throughout the project.

The unit cost of each resource can be set in the Resource Settings window under the respective Unit Cost field.

Each cost metric is categorised according to all the Inter-activity Allocation values for each resource:

  • Direct Cost is total cost of resources with an Inter-activity Allocation value of Direct
  • Indirect Cost is total cost of resources with an Inter-activity Allocation value of Indirect
  • Other Cost is total cost of resources with an Inter-activity Allocation value of None
  • Total Cost is sum of all of the above
