Did some preliminary drawings by hand because #procrastination. Need to find the datasheet for HSMC-C177 (the LED used by 256SoG) to see if the footprint's the same. (Why didn't I think of this earlier?)
Found it! Datasheet for HSMC-C177 (opens up a download prompt instead of displaying the pdf in the browser)
- HSMC-C190 dimensions: 1.6x0.8x0.8
- HSMC-C177 dimensions: 2.0x1.25x0.4
... Wait, what. The HSMC-C190 is in "Avago Optoelectronic LED.IntLib". CASE CLOSED.
You know what, I'm going to replace the kingbright LED with an avago one because we've got schematics and footprints for Avago's LEDs so that makes everything way easier for us.
