• No meeting on November 7 due to NCAR-NRL-GSD meeting.
• Ligia in DC on November 14, do we have a meeting?
• For SIP proposal, take out optimization (C4) or turn into separate SIP proposal (if personnel to do the work have been identified).
• Dorothy Koch has concerns about tight coupling -- need more technical input.
• Julie's first PR was merged, she will continue to work on adding metadata parsing tests.
