• PR 495: Constituents
  • A few comments from Steve and myself
  • It would be nice to have some sort of documentation or presentation on how these constituents work. Or maybe even on capgen in general compared to prebuild.
• Issue 500: Integrate prebuild tests into capgen CI
  • Resolved with #494?
• Issue 501: Convert old python strings to f-strings
• PR 503: initialized_set_block bug fix
  • Still waiting on tests from John Michalakes?
• Issue 505: feature/capgen: bug in standard_name_to_long_name (in var_props.py: 'VariableProperty' object is not subscriptable
• Capgen Unit Conversions: draft PRs for discussion
  • PR 504: Feature capgen unit conversions
  • PR 506: NOT TO MERGE, JUST TO LOOK AT: working towards unit conversion using VarCompat object

Standard names

• Issue 42: Want Github Action to ensure standard names are following character rules
  • Hopefully PR this afternoon!
• PR 47: Add CCPP metadata file standard name checking script
  • Some unresolved discussion
• Issue 50: Add suffix to indicate a 3D field has an additional point above the model top
  • Related: PR 51 (draft): Add including_point_above_model_top suffix
