The following Eval Script will add a bonus to Initiative.

  ~ If we're disabled, do nothing & 
  doneif (tagis[Helper.Disable] = 1)
  
  ~ Add a +5 bonus to our Initiative
  #skillbonus[Initiative] = #skillbonus[Initiative] + 5
