___ The BuddySuite is a Python3 project that provides easy-to-use command line functions for working with biological data files. The suite consists of four modules: [SeqBuddy](https://github.com/biologyguy/BuddySuite/wiki/SeqBuddy), [AlignBuddy](https://github.com/biologyguy/BuddySuite/wiki/AlignBuddy), [PhyloBuddy](https://github.com/biologyguy/BuddySuite/wiki/PhyloBuddy), and [DatabaseBuddy](https://github.com/biologyguy/BuddySuite/wiki/DatabaseBuddy). SeqBuddy is currently the most mature collection of tools, but more functionality is regularly being added to all modules.
