Sophie - Finishing monitoring refactor. Testing plotting with EAVL.
Crystal - Refactoring main.cpp, still looking at weird GPTL bug.
Crystal - Working on FitFluxHandler. Looking at noise in the formation energies.
Sophie - Trying to meet with Jeremy today about the viz infrastructure. Reviewing connectivity matrices, fluxes, etc.
Crystal - Implementing FitFluxHandler in PetscSolver and calling in the PSI-SciDAC team telecon. Investigating Bayesian Inference issues.
Sophie - Adding bug reports on xolotlCore and trying to fix them. Calling in the PSI-SciDAC team telecon.
Crystal - Working on GPTL hardware counters, and adding FitFluxHandler as an argument for the solve operation.
Sophie - Checking new Xolotl results and commiting the fixes. Thinking about what we need to ask Jeremy to implement.
Crystal - Updating the performance branch with xolotlCore fixes. Finishing the FitFluxHandler. Working on updating how performance data is output.
Sophie - Meeting with Jeremy about new implementation in EAVL. Trying to plot performance stuff.
Crystal - Decomposing RHSFunction into multiple functions to obtain performance statistics.
Sophie - Working on plotting as a function of MPI rank.
Sophie - Working on the Bayesian inference for the formation energies.
Crystal - Working on the Bayesian inference for the formation energies.
Crystal - Designing ITemperatureHandler, creating new problem definitions for Tungsten.
Sophie - Checking out the flux calculation.
Sophie - Updating UML model for the visualization infrastructure. Committing some related examples. Starting on He retention calculation.
Crystal - Working on the ITemperatureHandler, trying to figure out the diffusion function bug.
Crystal - Breaking up RHSJacobian. Looking into a table lookup for generic, user-specified temperature functions.\ Sophie - Looking into multiple monitors to handle viz and helium retention calculations. Looking into checkpoint-restart.
Sophie - Add log scale option to the viz stuff and reorganizing the existing examples. Looking into checkpoint-restart.

Crystal - Addressing UQ edits. Writing a test for the flux and temperature management handled by the command line arguments.

Crystal - Modifying the way the temperature option is handled via the command line.

Crystal - Working on the helium flux for iron benchmark.
