Sophie - Trying to reproduce the segfault seen running Xolotl on Edison from SCRATCH. Preparing a quick research update.
Sophie - Migrating Xolotl to gitHub.
Sophie - Migrating some of the Wiki to gitHub. Learning about pull requests.
Sophie - Adding Fe tests in the iron branch and updating the preprocessor.
Sophie - Writing to the PETSc team about time collapse. Looking at new mailing list.
Sophie - Running more bursting simulations. Continuing to implement the bursting as a PETSc TSEvent.
Sophie - Updating the build configuration wiki and setting up mailing lists.
Sophie - Transferring the bursting to TSEvent in 2D and 3D, as well as the moving surface.
Sophie - Merging the iron branch and master together.
Sophie - Figuring out the differences in the PSI network between the iron branch and master.
Sophie - Continuing to figure out the differences in the PSI network between the iron branch and master. Gathering data from the bursting runs.
Sophie - Adding the iron parameter file to the benchmarks. Starting to work on merging the hydrogen branch with master.
Sophie - Continuing to work on merging the hydrogen branch with master.
Sophie - Finishing to work on merging the hydrogen branch with master and writing documentation for it.
Sophie - Testing the hydrogen branch. Meeting about UQ for PSI2.
Sophie - Running bursting simulations with different tolerances to see if we can get to larger time steps. Testing TSevent with norm 2.
