Sophie - Finishing on the bubble bursting in the irregular grid branch. Updating PetscSolverTester so that its success doesn't depend on the version of PETSc used. Working on Xolotl's installation on Eos.
Sophie - Testing the bubble bursting in the irregular grid branch. Working on Xolotl's installation on Eos with Danqing.
Sophie - Adding grain boundaries in Xolotl. Working on Xolotl's installation on Eos using Intel or GNU environment.
Sophie - Working on new advection handlers for grain boundaries.
Sophie - Welcoming Ozgur and leaving for the SciDAC PI meeting.
Ozgur - Starting to get familiar with Xolotl.
Ozgur - Installing linux on the desktop, reading about UQ.
Sophie - Working on the 2D benchmark with grain boundaries.
