Jay - Fixing Mac support, working on dissociation connectivity, comparing to connectivity arrays in ex10.
Crystal - Working on performance hooks UML model, downloading and playing with the UQTk, starting binding energy fit for Tungsten benchmark.
Jay - Fixing Mac support, working on dissociation connectivity, comparing to connectivity arrays in ex10.
Crystal - Finishing up interfaces in performance hooks UML model, figuring out the libexpat error, still messing with UQTk.

Crystal - Still working with sinc function test in UQTk. Planning for Livermore trip.
Jay - Working on nondimensionalization for ADR equation.

Jay - Doing some background reading on nondimensionalization for transport equations.
Crystal - Debugging UQTk problems (with gdb, Valgrind, etc.).
Jay - Working on the dissociation of mixed species.
Crystal - Adding additional parameters to the sinc function test using UQTk, messing with GPTL timer.
Crystal - Finishing the installation of GPTL timer and using it with the sinc function test.
Crystal - Messing with GPTL timer and sinc function, installing UQTk on laptop.
Crystal - Working on more UQ code, preparing for trip to SNL.
