Sophie - Continuing to add the "magic" methods from Aaron to the 2D grouping method. Looking at why the grouping method and multidimension does not work together.
Ozgur - Continuing UQ runs using Weibull distribution. Thinking about UQ implementation on helium retention.
Sophie - Changing the way the moments are computed in the grouping method.
Ozgur - Working on the UQ application on helium retention.
Sophie - Working on the grouping method in the Xenon branch. Trying new probability of bubble bursting so that the result doesn't depend on the time step size.
Ozgur - Completing the necessary changes in forward propagation step of the UQ scripts.
Ozgur - Working on the posterior predictive inference, and completing the changes in parametric fitting step of the UQ scripts, to make it automatically adapt its parameters for any input or any domain.
Ozgur - Writing a paper draft about UQ application on incident helium flux.
Sophie - Fixing the grouping method in 1D and 2D and testing it again.

Sophie - Presenting at the UT group meeting. Looking at Phil's recent optimization of the network loader.
Sophie - Working on the Xolotl grouping with Carnahan EOS. Testing the new performances of network loading improved by Phil.
Ozgur - Working on the detailed UQ methodology section of the UQ report.
Sophie - Implementing a new way to burst the bubbles proportional to the ligament thickness.
Ozgur - Working on the UQ paper draft.
Sophie - Running more bubble bursting cases and the new xenon test problems.
Ozgur - Wrapping up the methodology part of the UQ paper draft.
Sophie - Merging the performance xenon branch back to the xenon branch. Starting to clean up unused branches.
Ozgur - Completing the needed updates and committing the UQ scripts.

Sophie - Trying to understand why the xenon test case 3 with grouping method gives retention over 100%. Starting to update the PETSc monitors in the xenon branch.
